Huang He, male, born 1980 in Hezhang, Guizhou province. He is an associate professor, a doctor of philosophy,and a supervisor for master's degree candidates.The person in charge of the master's degree program of Marxist philosophy in the School of Philosophy of Guizhou University, an expert in evaluating the achievements of the The National Social Science Fund of China, and a researcher of the “High-end Think Tank for the 'Mind Philosophy' of Chinese Communist Party Members and the Promotion of the New Great Project of Party Building” in Guizhou Province. He also serves as a researcher of the Research Center for Chinese Traditional Culture and Guizhou Regional Culture of Guizhou University, a researcher of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Research Institute of Guizhou University, and a member of the Council of Guizhou Philosophy Society.
